Notre Métier

Notre métier d’orthoprothésiste comprend deux activités : 1) le Grand Appareillage dont les appareils sont réalisés sur mesure et sont encadrés par une tarification spécifique de la Sécurité Sociale : la L.P.P.R. (Liste des Produits et Prestations Remboursables). Ils sont soumis à une demande d’entente préalable auprès de l’organisme du régime obligatoire de l’assuré, avec une prise en charge à 100%, (sans intervention de la complémentaire santé). Aucun dépassement ne peut être demandé aux patients. 

Demeure Orthopédie réalise ainsi deux types d’appareils : 

Les orthèses qui maintiennent ou corrigent une posture suite à une déficience ostéo-articulaire, musculaire ou neurologique. 

Les prothèses qui remplacent une partie d’un membre amputé ou incomplet à la naissance. 

Le Petit Appareillage dont la majorité des articles sont de série, toutefois, en fonction de la morphologie certains peuvent être réalisés sur mesure comme les ceintures, la contention…. Ils ont une base de remboursement référencée également à la LPPR, avec la possibilité pour le professionnel de pratiquer un dépassement (tarif libre).
